The pool and spa are considered amenities, therefore temporary interruptions do not constitute a lease violation. For guest awareness and safety, please note the following:
• The pool and spa are used at your own risk.
• Responsible adult supervision is required for minors at all times.
• Pool depth is less than 5 feet.
• No diving allowed.
• Pool and spa surfaces may be slippery.
• No glass containers are permitted in or around the pool or spa.
• No pets are permitted in the pool or spa at any time.
• Guests are responsible for maintaining proper water levels and keeping the pool and spa areas clean during their stay.

The home comfortably sleeps 8–10 guests across four bedrooms, all outfitted with fresh linens and thoughtful touches. A queen air mattress is available upon request. Each bathroom is stocked with fluffy towels and a starter supply of spa-inspired toiletries.
• Primary Bedroom: California king bed, Smart TV, direct access to the outdoor living area, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity and a walk-in shower.
• Second Bedroom: King bed, TV & ceiling fan.

  Wonderful. Great location and amenities.Beautiful home with a very nice heated pool and hot tub that was controlled with a phone app. We stayed over three weeks and enjoyed the provided bikes, beach chairs, and mats. Overall. my family totally enjoyed there time in Naples.
